José Antonio Nóvoa

Activist of human rights and independent living. Social Entrepreneur of NGOs of diversity and inclusion.

He is a member of Foro de Vida Independiente and participated in the First European Congress on Independent Living. He was the Spanish representative of ENIL and member of its board.

Driver of the Galician system of personal assistance. He is the founder of SOLCOM, the Instituto Diversidad e Inclusión and the independent living center VIgalicia. He collaborated in the creation of the Federación de Vida Independiente (FEVI).

Writes outreach articles and reports on independent living. He is the author and producer of creative projects on diversity policy.
